Anyone wanting an update on the plans for the above should email Tony; he let me know he expects to push out an update in a couple of weeks on the company's plans.
If I read between the lines, Richmond can't pay the court costs in cash and so will try and do a deal probably by reducing his stake in RB. He's proven elusive in the past so I wouldn't expect that to happen quickly.
From THX's perspective why would you increase the value of Red Bore by drilling when that would reduce your negotiating power re the court costs/stake in RB?
So don't hold your breath for something to happen there - but the ore in the ground isn't going anywhere. I've waited this long I can wait a few months longer.
After 3 years of nothing but bad we are getting lots of positive from THX. I reckon it's turn the corner.
