Concur with your comments funked. The value of a business is a function of capacity and margin. Reds margin is totally dependent on AISC and POG. At the moment the POG is bouncing around like a new born kangaroo. Not many businesses can double their margin almost overnight. This is why the SP went from 15 cents to 30 cents in a blink of an eye.
And alas, there's capacity. Stuck at the moment at 100-120 k oz per year. Won't be till Dec Q 2021 or March Q 2022 that we see capacity increase significantly enough to take this juggernaut to A$1 per share. Once we get to 250 k oz we're in the money honey.
Until then we're at the mercy of a meandering gold price.
