I am on high alert on this one.
Alert alert alert......alarm bells ringing in my ears......
In my opinion...........a Capital Raise is highly likely.
It would be dumber than dumb for RED 5 management to let go this opportunity to raise cash for a company which has a track record of being a generational wealth destroyer. (Geo-politics and natural disasters some man made)
Things might have changed with the Aussie operation. But in my book the company is yet to make any dollar or are going to make any money in the near future. Making real money is many many years away.
Thoughts or suggestion of a dividend would be an utter nonsense.
Best outcome will be a takeover offer if the KOTH asset is as good as the company would have us believe.
But I am willing to bet on a CR for now.
I think the valuation has stretched a bit too far.
