The study seems very inaccurate and as it says "contradictory" compared to a lot of other studies. Where the Hasin has had other controversial 'studies'.
I don't think that a study like this will affect the legalisation of the drug, in fact when an argumentative study against it is so unreliable it makes the arguments for it seem so much more reliable.
Just my opinion though.
