I would of thought Teck had to sell its cons from red dog to a smelter for refinement/processing before it was added to any refined zinc inventory LME/Shanghai etc.
I would imagine the recent addition of refined metal to the LME is nothing more than Glencores subsidiaries shuffling the deck since circa 200 000k has been removed from New Orleans in recent times.
If this and more than likely is the case than I'm not to worried because if the Boss has recently come out and said to the markets,
"The zinc market is going to get a whole lot tighter in the coming months" then that will do me.
