    Happy to be corrected mate, but I do not believe the $2.8 million is an upfront payment to AOI, only a requirement for RMP to raise $2.8 million by 31st July, I suppose AOI wish to see RMP has the capacity to raise funds, But I can not see anywhere it says this $2.8 million is to be paid to AOI.
