Dave...That is old news. Yesterdays news, already taken into account in yesterday's US markets.
Todays downward trend -so far- is entirely the result of the unprecetended terrorist attack (three days before elections!!) in Spain.....
The markets will recover, possibly not tonight (today US time) but definitely by tomorrow the bombings will be old news as far as the markets are concerned...
