Let's put a few things in perspective.
- Their parent market cap is comparable to CAN. CAN's major shareholder market cap is 7x higher at C$2.21B.
- What the Valens investment will require is a grower. You can't have a supply chain without the first link (the grower).
- CAN sells both raw product and value added product. Valens only helps CAN, and CAN can live without Valens.
- More players in the market will mean more pressure on Government to amend the laws for MC.
