7.56% shorted yesterday so it is a possibility, but who knows.
Maybe it is being capped there to allow accumulation below 8.00 before the new offer.
Is it the 2nd or the 10th August that they can offer again? I would prefer that they leave it as long as possible to allow EXT to further increase its value.
