Shorters are starting to unwind. They have to stop some time, they can't go on forever like that. From now to the end of the year, the SP of QBE is most likely to go up. IMO QBE is doing well, sooner or later, it will be rerated. With interest coming down again, QBE sure looks attractive. We may have something to cheer on till the end of the year.
