    If I have missed previous discussion please excuse me.
    The recent Border, Angus & Robertson has gone broke.
    They are the 10th specialty retailer of WDC group.

    I think WDC become a creditor and may not be able to recover the rents.

    Does anyone know if this will affect the income or is it too small so as we can ignore ?
