I think this possible 8c offer is a red herring.The Chinese and any shareholders with spare cash are buying up more shares hoping for a bigger offer, but this never happens.
Then they come out with a cash raising but people have already spent their extra cash on buying more and cannot take up the offer and others are not interested in throwing good money after bad.
The Chinese take up the shortfall and get to 75% game over
