Senator made an announcement on the 3rd August which states that they are seeking a "private placement of up to 6,500,000 units at a price of $0.33 for gross proceeds of $2,145,000" for the HillEnd JV.

Looking at their previous announcements, this process takes up to two months. As long as this goes through Hill End should be good.
