I agree about the face value of debt, our notes are like the bank loan, a $ is a $.
Conversion may be an option but we will expect $1 worth of shares, sure there will be a run for the exit as the debt holders try to cash in their newly aquired equity.
On another thread someone thinks we should expect BNB to be able to somehow tell us a dollar isn't worth a dollar anymore.
Equity holders can take the loss, like they enjoyed the many fold gain in the share price, while the debt holders only got single figure pa interest.
