Well, I'm taking it at face value ... They own X number of shares in MMA ... I own Y number of shares in MMA ... If MMA do a CR, I have an entitlement (request?) to buy more shares to assist with the company's activities going forward. Ditto RDM. I'm aware one isn't required to take the offer up, but I'd presume it wouldn't look very supportive on RDM's part if they didn't. Unusual situation I thought ... Just wondered what precedent might dictate in similar situations. Sure, they don't have to, but I was working on the basis they "would" ...
