Rare earth prices struggling -- I was under the impression that because China is the leading producer, rare earths are considered to have a strategic value .
Is China dumping huge amounts on the market , or lowering the price they get ?
Million dollar question -- when would prices rise enough to make Sybella more valuable than it appears to be right now ?
