Couldn't agree in regard to location and not being a lifestyle fad chasing shell. Thus pretty much have bought parcel each year since around 2017. Have treated this as many would a blue chip, every time some funds become available through profits elsewhere/savings.
Absolutely balls deep in this one fingers crossed on the met testing. But many options here to create shareholder value with such a portfolio of assets. Also looking forward to putting some holes in Pardoo.
