A couple of comments:
Cash costs are estimates only and until the mine is in production and running soothly, they will not be sure.
A lot of the high margin ore will be mined in the early years. A lot of the recent resource increase will be from deep ore with high strip ratios.
Setting up a mine is very time consuming. To me the limited announcements is a sign that the management are very busy doing what they are suppose to - getting the mine going. Once operations are running smoothly they will be more investor friendly.
