Jupiter Mines Ltd: Update

Further to the announcement made on 1 July 2009, Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in iron ore and manganese in Australia and Zambia, and uranium investments in Africa and Australia, notes that Jupiter Mines Ltd. ('JMS')(ASX: JMS) has today given notice of a general meeting of JMS shareholders to be held on 21 September 2009 to vote on the proposed placement of 48,000,000 fully-paid ordinary shares in JMS to POSCO Australia Pty Ltd at a price of approximately A$0.16266 per share (the "POSCO Placing"). The POSCO Placing, which is also conditional on any requisite regulatory approvals and consents, is expected to be completed within one month of approval by JMS shareholders.
On completion of the POSCO Placing and of the sale of Red Rock's Oakover Tenements to JMS, which remains subject amongst other things on Red Rock shareholder approval, Red Rock will be interested in 93,104,165 JMS shares, representing approximately 25.21 per cent. of the JMS enlarged issued ordinary share capital. Red Rock has convened a general meeting of the Company to consider the disposal of the Oakover tenements for 24 August 2009. Copies of the circular convening the general meeting and of a letter clarifying that the general meeting has been convened for Monday 24 August 2009 are or will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at www.rrrplc.com.
