I assumed 40 minutes was from initial receipt of order to delivery to customer - so they'd still have to cook it first, 10 to 15 minutes off the 40? They will have a set timing measure to try to control that part in-store, as always the timing issue is from when it leaves the store to delivery to customer. This is what software like GSW delivers. And because it includes transparency, it should (and is proving to) get the food to the customer faster. Any reviews or commentary I've read from Red Rooster are positive.
