that's a separate issue, not denying client being happy isn't great and that's what's going to lock in revenue, but that doesn't actually help the conversation in relation the industry beating position of the tech. That says the tech works, it doesn't place it as any better than other solutions which it needs to be to keep going exponential
the discussion was on outcomes vs what would/should be expected, 25% improvement on what was rubbish isn't all that impressive, it has just brought it up in line maybe with the competition who aren't using the groundbreaking tech. 40 minutes is what local pizza shops achieve with a phone and their son driving a beat up corolla
you can buy goods from warehouses with far larger ranges and get delivery in Sydney metro within 3 hrs for the last couple of years, yet it we are assessing off a baseline of 40min deliveries of limited menus within 10km radius?
