Might not sound impressive but hey, the client is working on it. If RR can close in on the 20 minute mark with the help of GSW + their own operational efficiency i'd say then that is very significant. Expecting it to go from 40 minutes to 20 minutes in a short amount of time is ridiculous. Improvements in operational efficiency takes time and i'm glad to see the software working for its clients.
