Interesting, my perspective was that they were pretty terrible, I've only ever seen about 2 stores in Melbourne, didn't know they supposedly had hundreds. And when I did go to the Southern Cross one it took 20 minutes to get some cold chips (?) so I vowed never to return.
If they are indeed fixing things up they could be a much more common chain to see. And the resulting revenue for us, nice.
