Dec 22 (Reuters) - Egypt's cabinet has approved seven new oil and gas exploration agreements designed to bring investment of at least $1.2 billion to the sector, oil minister Sherif Ismail said on Sunday.
The deals are with firms including BP, Dana Gas Emirati, Petroceltic International, and Sea Dragon Energy. The agreements will now be sent for ratification to Interim President Adli Mansour, a statement from the oil ministry said.

This announcement (link posted this morning) relates to the EGAS round awarded April 2013, which included PVD's awarded block 15.
Obviously recent politics etc.. in Egypt has delayed everything & now current government seems keen to move things along!
We should all be looking forward to the new year because the first quarter should bring us news flow as follows & in this order IMO:
1. Egypt award announcement
2. Morocco rig announcement
3. Eyasi award announcement (50%)
4. Gabon farm out
COS of me being correct? 9% at best!!
Meanwhile Santa is still giving us opportunity to buy shares at 58.5 cents!
What to do, kids presents or buy more PVD?
