Have you considered that during the merger, there may be a number of funds whom have tough and strictly adhered to governance rules. Many of those funds may have had a hold in both RED and SLR...lets say that held about $1M in each. Suddenly, they have $2M in one company. Their internal rules don't allow for this and therefore they have to both sell down their holding in RED while re balancing their books in other instruments they hold.

While they are often allowed a documented time period for this to happen, they also had the added time pressure of the end of the financial year on this occasion. As a result this may have helped force the price down and there still may be some pressures on these companies in play.

This opportunity to buy may be the last at these prices unless there is a major market shift across the board. My most recent purchase was @ $0.41...but that was just the play parcel, not the investment parcel that is @ $0.21.
