Na ah, My guess is that institutional investors have decided that RED has morphed into a giant feeding trough and is way too top heavy for their liking.
Remember when mergers were meant to streamline the workforce and improve efficiencies? I can't remember a merged entity ever retaining all BoD's and I'm older than Methuselah
