I deal with this type of behaviour all the time with my nine-year-old son. He is high-functioning autistic, has ADHD and often has issues with his misdirected anger. I think they want to say that they are unhappy that you have to provide the information or that things are taking longer than expected, and they believe the company should give them more information.
When people are too lazy or don't know how to deal with a situation, they lash out, and unfortunately, Aussie, you are the target. I have my suspicions about why some people have chosen you as the target, and I'm sure it's not the first time you have been the target for this reason. However, I'll keep that to myself to avoid the moderator's crosshairs.
