The major difference between GOR and RED is Red actually owns its processing plants. Gor at the end of the day, unless it finds more reserves, will always get only half the money for their efforts. I own GOR too and lately it has been a roller-coaster. That is why I took a position in RED, as it has a long way to go, to get price parity with GOR. DYOR.
