ive started doing a bit of research on this compnay so If I repeat the obvious. I apologise.
ok. so we have the heads of agreement with a JV which we don't know yet. however when I looked up what a heads of agreement, it said non binding.. now is this just a legal clause or in the world of JVs etc. a HOA is pretty much conctrete.
I also note that the AGM is 28th Nov, so is this when the JV partner will be named.....
so would this be correct. if there is nothing else major from now until the AGM, if the JV partner is average, the sp will not chagen, if the JV partner is tops, up she goes.....
is this what we can expect....
