i think with anything that involve building, weather and govt.. it always slow and delay.
just like i am renovating my house, 6 mths down the track and the frame is only..excuses are weather, staffs and regulations..
i hopin to move in b4 xmas lolz.. just like i hope RED will pour their gold by then too.
unless we have an early xmas lolz.
