    There's almost 400 000 shares at $6.38 which is the majority of the buyers. That is the price Sino is offering for MIS shares. Their offer is open 'till August 25 and therefore they cannot buy shares above $6.38 on market 'till their offer closes. And when their offer does close I expect their SP to fall off the cliff.
