    Originally due pre christmas then WA gov said will wait to hear from federal gov if they will chip in.

    So they moved date to feb but nothing came.

    Now looks like march according to mmx midwest mining conference.

    Think still awaiting offical word from the fed gov who have a few things on there mind right now.
