David, a lot of people get mixed up with moving averages.
You should conisder them a "10 period" moving average. So if looking at a monthly chart that means the line is a 10-month moving average, or on a daily chart it's a 10-day moving average.
Red was referring to the monthly chart therefore it is indeed the 10-month MA.
NB: Top work as always Red :-) For my two bob's worth, the only confirmation we'll have either way is when we see a higher or lower swing low on the next daily chart pullback. Some people will go early and win, but it's a big gamble.
