Yes I'm colour blind - and not just red/green colour blind.

There are a range of colour problems - and I've got most of them. For example: traffic lights are red, amber and green. I see the red and amber as exactly the same colour and the green as white.

That's why in my charts I use blue/yellow rather than the default red/green. Blue/yellow provide good contrast while red/green (the default colours just don't do it for me.

Colour blindness can be a very complex issue - it's not necessarily a simple matter of confusing red and green.

I could go on about this for ages. Particularly my own personal history - as I wasn't colour blind until I was six years old. Or so my mother tells me.

But that's another long story.
