    If they go it alone then I guess the will use borrowed funds to fund the development. Should that be the case the banks will ask for some form of hedging before lending the funds.This may limit the upside. If the management thinks gold is going higher it may pay to have equity funded development + BALANCE FUNDED BY possible partner?
