Good to hear an opposing point of view pisces.Perhaps validate was a tad strong,however martis has held this view for yonks now and I use the term validate a la that.

Obviously the good folk living on waterfront properties at Mosman on Sydney harbour are not factoring %50 loss of value.

All grist to the investors mill imho.
