    Don't worry Blue ,I've done it quite a few times ,come a cropper a couple of times too,but the one thing I learnt at the racetrack was that you can't win big unless you bet big .Once you get used to doing that it's no big deal.

    It's nothing to do with cod size ,bravado, recklessness ,ego or anything else .It's to do with having a mindset that you'd rather make a lot rather than a little bit for doing essentially the same thing.It's still the same risk whether you're a big punter or a little punter .Most people can't make the psychological leap and if you can't don't try it. If it really worries you to lose money ,forget it

    The one thing I have found is that if you only focus on 2 or 3 stocks ,wth maybe 4 or 5 others simmering away you read it a whole lot better . You never get shaken out of good positions and are quicker to recognise when things are going off the rails .It's amazing the opportunities that emerge when you know a good stock really well
