so entertaining watching Europe running around like a headless chook pre-US open last night.

Wild, wild swing, and France's Societe Generale bank going -20% Wednesday, +9% early last night, then -8.5%, to finish +3.7% on apparently unfounded rumours which spread throughout Europe.

Then the Big Bazooka, the USA, rose from its slumber and up everything went as expected.

Gold came back below $1800 and the cash went back into equities.

Copper posted a 3.4% rise, the biggest 9 months, and that will b good for our market and our miners.

BHP ADR's closed at $38.60, so a big gap upen for BHP here. That will lift the XJO.

XJO has to sail past 4180 to inspire confidence in this rally, but a short-term target of 4550 should be achievable.

The XJO weekly candle looks like a spectacular reversal.
