Today we are more than 400 points of Tuesdays lows. I get the feeling the market has used a lot of energy over the last 4 days to get to where we are today. I have also noticed volumes dropping as prices are going higher.
Similar price action occured in the XJO on a weekly in late Jan 2008. It certainly didnt signal the start of a new move higher.
I would much rather be short at these levels thsn long.
