In terms of apps, I'm pretty sure they are ranked by all ranked by downloads, so you don't really know which ones are repeat buyers (again, an imperfect indicator).

If Apple/Android tracks the time you spend on each app (which they do), they don't want to remind you of it.

That said, obviously ETSY's web traffic metrics are going nuts (on every tracking website), whereas RBL hasn't kept the momentum going. But then again, RBL is not priced at ~US$29bn in market cap either.
