First participation well with Halcón Resources successfully drilled
to target depth

Resources has been successfully drilled to its target depth of 17,465ft
• Completion operations for Red Bud #1H to commence


Austin Exploration (“Austin” or the “Company”) (ASX:AKK) announces that the Red Bud #1H well, Austin’s first
participation horizontal Eagle Ford well in the farm-out program with Halcón Resources, has been successfully
drilled to a total measured depth (TMD) of 17,465 feet. Austin commends Halcón Resources on yet another
world class drilling and engineering operation.
Completion operations will now commence on the Red Bud #1H well.
Material results will be announced once they are available.
