Heavy elements usually come from deep inside the Earth.

The Platinum group of metals are Heavy Elements (Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh and Os).

And they are closely related to each other. So if Pt and Pd were created, its likely similar elements such as Ru, Rh or Os were created in that magma chamber.

The issue is what quantity will it be found. In nature, they are found in very small quantities; not enough to be economical.

But because we found Pt and Pd in larger and economical quantity in this intrusion, its likely (not a guarantee) that we will find others such as Ru, Rh or Os in economical quantities as well.
