I don't think a takeover from Sigma would make sense because although they are cash flow positive, they have short term capital requirements for their production expansion, so I can't imagine they would want to acquire a developer like LRS which still has ~$253m of capex to fund + ~$50-70m in expenses to cover between now and production.
Unfortunately they don't have the same balance sheet that PLS has, otherwise it could be a more likely prospect IMO.
I don't think a takeover from Sigma would make sense because...
