I really don't get the issue with the response to someone's question.

There was nothing negative and they disclosed that they had bought into ESH by hedging their bets with the board.

There wasn't some rocket emojis and low content post on how it was going to the moon.

How about actually debating what the person mention instead of making yourself look like a fool.

As to is the post anti competitive behaviour - that is such a strange thing to think considering @Woldanorf is hardly representing the company, I can assume he isn't a wholesaler, supplier or another business that is dealing with ESH except maybe as a trustee but certainly isn't what I would call anti-competitive behaviour or can you explain how someone's personal opinion has resulted in losses for EM1 any more than what you have been posting here on HC for ESH?



If you truly feel that there is anti-competitive behaviour then please report it to the ACCC which is the correct channels, the ASX will suspend the stock pending further investigation if the ACCC believes there is grounds to warrant a deeper investigation. I personally see nothing wrong here and TBH I personally think you will be wasting tax payers money and I hope they fine this but you are free to do what you want to do.
