    Betting on ASX stocks with information that can affect the performance of the company and it’s shareholders is illegal and can end up in court.
    If those who are betting are in a community or syndicate and have decided together to discredit another company ,that will become financially affected by the bets, ethical issues are raised.
    EM1 will have the right to question all of this.
