A key step in this process involved completing a human factors study in the second half of FY24 to
assess usability and ensure that the Pulse’s design supports effective, independent use by
consumers. As an essential requirement for OTC clearance, this study enabled us to evaluate and
refine the user experience, validating the device’s intuitiveness and safety for use outside a clinical
setting.
