There are many claim incidents and time periods for those claims. It is very complex about how much each incident contributed and how much loss. I know MB has independent consultancy to determine how shareholders will be compensated for their loss. At this time I believe shareholders will receive on average a few cents on the dollar. However MB is not done fighting for fair compensation for aggrieved shareholders and the CA is continuing.
