When I realised that Seven20 had collapsed, I had a look at the people who have access to my Victron installation and noted that a few had disappeared, including one guy (not naming names here, just on general principle) who was very clued in on the tech. So I went digging, and found him on LinkedIn: a director at Everest Energy.
So I did a bit of cyberstalking of the company. No mention of Redflow, but the fact that they do Victron products and they have at least one (very clued in) staff member who came from Seven20 means that if I have any further issues (or when it comes time to expand the battery setup from the one unit I currently have) I'll be in touch.
Good to see that Everest are now listed on Redflow's site as a partner. Fingers crossed for business success in the future for you lot.
