If I was the end user, the customer of the reseller and the reseller kept on asking me when are you going to order those batteries, maybe I'd be telling them to PO, I'll let you know when I place the order. If there is a better relationship then I might tell them what is holding us up from getting to that point.

When does Redflow get to know what is going on, given they already know something is brewing and they probably hold enough stock to fill the smaller first part of the order, maybe when the order arrives. Maybe there been have updates from the reseller, maybe not but I can't see the customer being happy with their situation being public in an ASX update or some other update. They might be nameless now but probably not during or after the installation is completed.
