I think the best way to describe it is, a big US listed company has said:
"Guys, we're thinking about doing this project with Redflow batteries. If you're interested, let us know how you could handle the integration. Your quote/proposal/information must use Redflow batteries. We may or may not go ahead with the project once we get some quotes in."
So yes, they have been named as the supplier, but not in a project that has been given the green light yet.
